Harald was never a member of Rocks’s crew, always refused to join him, told him and was always up front with him that he was putting Elbaf ahead of Rocks’s ambition.

Sanji was a fucking moron who beat the shit out of his own captain deep in enemy territory, left him to be captured and trusted an opponent who was not in the slightest trustworthy not to just kill everyone. Then, shocked Pikachu face, the opponent tried to kill everyone anyway.

Absolutely not comparable in the slightest.

But Harald doesn’t want his people to have e to live their lives defending themselves anymore. That’s the whole point. He wants his people to live peacefully coexisting with the world not fighting it.

And yes a handful of nations helped him that’s why Harald so badly wanted to join the WG. Because diplomacy did work. Diplomacy saved his people once so if he can create good bonds with the multitudes of nations that make up the WG then his people will be set in case of any emergency.

This is Haralds dream. He’s doing it for his people

So trusting the WG who just massacred your best friend and his home town is fine? Glad to see that its one rule for Sanji and one rule for others.

Also Sanji beat the crap out of luffy to drive him away its not his fault Luffy is stubborn. Also, Luffy and the crew escaped only because others died to save his crew.

But yeah keep going? So what the new excuse!

He left his best friend to die for this, to show the world that Giants can be peaceful and arent just warmongers or battle whores who just raid everything they come across.Do you expect Harald to go back on it or double down so his own betrayal towards Rock wasn't in vain?

Rhetorical question. Of course he doubles down or betraying Rocks had no meaning. If he would go back on it, he would have left Rocks to die for nothing so he goes extra hard on trying to prove to the world that Elbaf can change.

Wait, I thought Marines couldn’t receive titles or be called the strongest, but according to that random guy’s opinion, Garp was.
Akainu wasn’t even called the strongest, while Kaidou was.

Garp was called the strongest (obviously falsely for something he didn’t even do), but he can receive that portrayal just like Kaidou and Whitebeard. Before, people used to say that this was only a thing for pirates. Which means Akainu isn’t called or recognized like that because he’s definitely weaker than Kaidou.

To be considered the strongest, you need to perform feats that are known by people through the newspapers. Those feats make them decide who the strongest is.


Kaidou did such insane feats that people — like the one in the panel below — started saying he’s the strongest, and in a 1v1 you should always bet on him. He became known as the WSC, WSM, WSP, the 1v1 king.


Akainu defeated Aokiji and people don’t say anything about him being the strongest, which tells us that it’s a trash feat and placed far below Kaidou’s countless feats that made people consider him the strongest.
