No I just thought that following One Piece Villain Hierarchies, they are often shaped like a pyramid.
A good example are the Beast Pirates with 1 Emperor--> 3 Calamities --> 6 Tobiroppo.
Or the Donquixote Family with 1 Captain --> 4 Elite Officers --> 10+ Officers.
In the World Govt. case it would be 1 God --> 5 Elders --> 8 or 13 Knights --> an even larger number of Blades.

Btw yeah, I also think it would be strange for some of the 20 Founding Families to not have even one member in the Knights of God when some other families have multiples: like Figarland, Shepherd, Manmayer (at least in God Valley)...
