either he has a DF
or he stays quiet only when Loki wields it ( meaning he's a different kind of weapon )
or they are all retarded and didn't took it away from Loki

He probably could but I’d hope they’d be more legendary and special than just any random thing he’s able to pull out his hair. Like his own ragnir for example. Plus most legendary pirates have legendary weapons so it’d be cool imo
