U think Oda will still have the alliance beaten, shipped to Onigashima, rally themselves again to beat Kaidou in the capital.

It surely will need some time to get all the relevant people back to main land.

The battle will go on even if it fails, until chapter 1030, then we need to restore our forces, it takes 30 chapters to do that.
We are in chapter 1060 and need 50-60 chapters for the main battle, we go to chapter 1120, the wano arc starts mid 2018 and will end in 2024 if the alliance fails, and that is the end of one piece

The final fight involving Kaido might happen in Wano, but the raid doesn't need to fail for this. With that many characters having the ability to fly, Oda can easily justify a change of location without actually stopping the battle. I think the situation will look desperate at some moment but it won't be a"failure". By that I mean we won't get dozen of chapters building another battle. I personally don't believe Oda will interrupt the action after all the momentum built during the last chapters.

It's almost guaranteed that we'll have 5 acts.

The major fights haven't even started yet. Act 3 will end with a big bang soon. Probably just before chapter 1000, so that chapter 1000 can be oe epic reveal chapter (aka Imu etc.).

Oda basically reassured his schedule that in between the next 4-5 years, he'll try to finish OP.

For now I do not think so, I think that Act 3 will see the end of the raid while Act 4 will see the true war for Wano with the final battles against Kaido and the Calamities and I am pretty sure that more actors such as Hiyori, Tama, Hawkins, the rest of the BMP and the marines will be involved.

I agree with this. Act 4 having all of the more focused major fights makes perfect sense, with potentially large set pieces as it were. This sets up Act 5 to tie up all loose ends of the Arc and set-up for after the fact.

Everyone is forgetting how this Act there is a shit tons of characters who are "defeated" with "white eyes" just to get back up a few chapters later , all the tobi roppo are coming back for round 2 , ESPECIALLY page 1, it's painfully obvious after all the time Oda spent remarking Ancent Zoans god tier durability. The only character who is getting defeated 1st match is King because Zoro is just too powerful

Actually it failed since they couldnt beat the Kaido's pirates in Onigashima. They came from Wano to here and now they are back

It was supposed to be a raid in another land, now that land will merge with this land (unless Momo throws it away or something).
