So I’m a retard and love brainrot memes. But this stuff actually is concerning me. Because I worry this type of stuff could legitimately be normalizing and promoting pedophilia through the lens of irony.

I don't mind dark humor and all that but I wonder if the diddy/epstein stuff is making people really desensitized to real tragedies. I mean go on twitter or tiktok and see how many people treat them like they're just silly memes and nothing more.
But the flip side to that is, this has been a thing for a good while. There's been jokes about 9/11 ever since it happened, for example. So I'm not sure if I'm just being soft or not
