Why are People using Luffy to Scale Loki's Size?
Luffy's Giant Form isn't like a Fixed Transformation, it's just him stretching more, He can get as Big as He wants, You think Hand that was holding Kizaru is same as Hand that was using Kaidou as Jump Rope? lol
Luffy gets as big as He needs or wants to be,
I don't need to see any Panels, I know that Loki's Dragon fits inside their Castle, which represents a Single Area in that Tree Branch. Unless Loki can Manipulate his Zoan Size, then He isn't as Big as People imagine him to be,

I guess that size inconsistency can go both ways, given Kaido's dragon form also appeared different in size depending on the angle or interaction with smaller targets. I guess we would have to see how Luffy's and Loki's size compare to those of the giant children they caught, to scale appropriately.
