The thing is what we don't even know if Luffy has one single consistent giant size in G5, and anyway if he was draw too small he wouldn't even be visible for the double spread which would ruin the chapter ending

Anyone with a brain knows that if we use Rodo and other giants on his body panel as reference point to measure Loki size its clear that scan with giant Luffy does not come even close to doing justice to Loki size.

But Loki is simply too big to draw him consistently with his surroundings.
