Not gonna make me slander my favs like that, Luffy, Zoro, Mihawk, Shanks and now Loki (would have added Wyper too but his appearance was too short).

For the same reason Zoro could not finish off Prometheus.
You missed the part where those MMA can regenerate back , they are devil fruit creations not living beings

Inability to finish of devil fruit creations is not due to insufficient power levels but certain mechanism how devil fruits operate. A concept too hard for you brain IQ Level it seems

Harald was slaughtering everyone. He attacked loki first. Loki bodied HK harald and severed his connection to imu.

ONLY THEN harald was free of imu's control and allowed himself to be killed.

Why do you ignore loki bodying blood lusted harald??
