All started because he thought I mean mugged him and then ignored his orders to stop walking away or answer his questions also flashing his creds(not in correct uniform either). He never answered if I was detained or not so I legally didnt have to do shit. When I raised a hand, and turned my pocket towards him to grab my IDs from with the other hand, he took it as me reaching for a weapon which is BS.
As for suing, nah because not only is there no evidence( no bodycam or no visible name), it is a bitch legal process and the current administration love pardoning ice agents.

Oh I know. I've had multiple high level background checks. Its mostly YT, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, 4chan, SNAP, or other accounts linked to Google that is easily tracked. Lesser traffic sities needs more time and digging.

Didn't win or lose the fight. He lunged at me thinking I had a weapon(a bold lie) and tried to cuff me but failed. I avoided punches or choking for legal reasons. He finally looked at my creds and dipped out knowing he fucked up when 2 more people showed up.
