I get that it´s not necessarily the biggest feat in and of itself, but it´s still good portrayal. For reference, Shiryu had a hostage against Garp, and failed to do anything major(I understand the context of the situations are not 1-1, but Oda could have written the situations to be more in favor of Shiryu). The fact that Oda was willing to have Gunko take out an old legend is still a pretty big deal, given how much he usually protects their image.

Also, I don´t think it´s fair to say her power is hax like Ceasar the clown or Suger or something. There´s nothing really special to it, it seems like a pretty normal paramecia. You just have to overpower the toughness of her arrow with your haki, which Jinbei just couldn´t do. I wouldn´t hype the feat much if it was just hakiless SHP, but Jinbei is pretty legit, in feats(against Sakazuki and Big Mom) and portrayal

There's one: Kizaru. Or logia users. Genjutsu is based on manipulating the chakra flow which then puts an illusion to the 5 senses. How's genjutsu even working on logia users like that? They don't have a chakra flow.

Kizaru is valid too I think, but in character he does like to play around, so it could end up working badly for him. Though if he was serious, I think he could win.
