Of the ones present at GV, only Rocks was of any interest or threat to Imu since Rocks knew about Imu and was after him and the world. The others were of no concern, WB was a Rocks subordinate as were BM and Kaido, these three were not Yonkos back then. Roger had not become PK and learned about OP. Garp was a VA of the navy.
Compare that to Nika and Nidhogg the true supposed nemesis of Imu from void century, then of course Imu would come especially when he probably knows that they are not as strong as the OG Nika and Elbaf Hero level at the moment.
