my theory was wrong in that I thought that Lokis devil fruit has the ice Power and not the weapon but well close enough. my theory was also that the God of War was the guy freezing the giants which seem to be true too. and I had a strong guess that Oras was the last person who hat Lokis fruit and last user of Ragnir which I though was true because he was also found in Ice, this part got debunked tho because Moria could not have destroyed that Ice what it looks like.
