I do think he's above Killingham and Sommers (although the regen makes the matchup weird since he doesn't have Conq Haki yet), so it's not like I'm trying to hate on Sanji, but it is objectively true that they jumped on Killingham before he could properly react.
Honestly, i dont understand the confusion at all with this scene.
-Killingham went there to prevent them from stopping the fire on the library.
-Jimbo said he was gonna save Zeus by punching the wyrm.
-killingham starts slandering jimbo
-sanji gets mad at him.
-franky/jimbo attack the wyrm.
-sanji attacked killingham.
-?
next panel killingham is dismembered and they tie him.
now the agendas come at the "?"part.
regular people just think sanji beat killingham because it's a direct sequence to the panel of sanji attacking him. It's later confirmed by not only sanji calling killingham hella weak (something he would NOT do if they had to 3v1 him, lmao), and killingham getting all pissy at sanji.
Haters begin the 3v1 thing because hating. there's no mention at all of jimbo/franky attacking killingham as well. we only have the panel of them attacking the MMA monster and later they are holding the already dismembered parts of him.
what's there to be discussed aside from agenda?
That Sanji unlocked CoC offscreen to one shot a holy bozo? pardon me if i dont partake on that retarded take that would mean sanji got the lamest coc unlock in the series.

this is really my issue with how some fans interpret it
it makes no sense for him to have actually negated the regen on his own with whatever powerup oda could've given him without oda actually putting emphasis on it
it's incredibly dog shit writing if he just unlocked conq haki offscreen and used it on killingham of all people with no real "push" to do it or anything

Its a valid reading my issue, or rather i guess that thing thats make curious: Given this, it would mean everyone who ate a DF, fell for the devil temptation (or at least my reading would be this given how its presented)
However given how oda writes, he doesn't portray that as well + that would mean luffy would have fallen for it too. This is also supported in Film Red, the "devil" tot musica is also linked to the uta uta no mi user and finds and influences/tempts them, i think that would be "too negative" for people with DFs, you know what i mean?
I can certainly see it tho it seems like something oda write
