And I said it last chapter as well, Imu negging Loki would just be so bad it’s laughable, I said it was very possible that Loki would be the one to overpower Imu and look superior. Not only was Loki matching Imu’s attacks equally, but he also completely overpowered, scared and injured him in the end. Loki really looking strong af right now.

I think he has regen. In the final page, he is bleeding from the forehead, but then it heals when he's smiling after blocking Thorrheim.

Loki in base takes Imu's attack to the chest, retaliates, sends Imu directly into the Adam tree with some blood, attacks him again, and we see Imu bruised even though he defended himself.

What did you want, base Loki to trash Imu?

I though it would be more of fight .

Last time was "you'll see next chapter when Imu will low diff Loki".

People still don't understand Loki is the most special character of the verse after Imu/Luffy/Teach (there's Shirahoshi too but she isn't a fighter)
There's no agenda at play, It is literally what the story is telling us.
People should reread chapter 1175, where it is spelled out that Loki is basically the next iteration of the previous War God that was CHOSEN by his companion, possessing a fruit that is even acknowledged by Imu himself and was sought by Xebec.

Peope completely miss the point when they bring previous, arc only allies without impact on the main plot and expect Loki to be treated the same.
