On paper, what do Minato and Kabuto have to counter it, and you put them above on your list.
Orochimaru is incredibly versatile and knows a ton of Jutsu. He's not going down to something like that. He can even randomly pull out shit like this

And he has regen powers, and has his snake transformation as well, which needed Itachi to pull out his Totsuka blade to deal with.

SM Naruto is terrifying on paper. No summonings he would beat 4/5 gokage; Oonuki would simply AoE atomize his ass. SM Jiraiya gets easily humiliated by SM Naruto in a 1v1
Even what he showed in P1 wasn't allat impressive he hasnt shown much jutsu under his belt. Orochimaru cruises solely by hype and edo tensei gg

Certainly, he isn't going down to Kisame unless in cqc.
Anyway, my point is I don't see how you can downscale Orochimaru for not overpowering the 4 tails without being able to properly use his arms lol. What does Kisame do in that situation?

Orochimaru isn't beating full power Kisame at all, you guys are just kidding atp.
Naruto Part 1 has lots of contradicting statements, so I wouldn't pay so much attention into that. Part 2 is what matters and sorry but Kisame was straight up compared to Bijuus just by his sheer chakra levels, Samehade excluded. With Samehade, he was even capable to beat Killerbee.

If Candelle ends up being the previous wss or is related to Mihawk that in a weird way would make Brook semi connected to multiple wss
- In the same crew as Zoro the future wss
- Zombie Ryuma a previous wss had his shadow
- Again depending on if Candelle was a previous wss or just related to Mihawk that’s another
Also if black blades are tied to death and sacrifice that’s also a big theme for Brook himself
