I don’t think either Zoro or Sanji will be top 10 EoS do you know how bad that’s look on the rest of the list

The manifestation of hotter flames was always limited by Sanji's ability to endure it.
The exoskeleton isn't enough to handle Ifrit on its own, or at least that's what Sanji implied while still injured.
Exoskeleton combined with Haki gives Sanji the ability to endure hotter flames, not the heat itself.

Anyhow, Even now, with logic of he can generate hotter flames because he can withstand more with armanent. Conqueror would back fire, giving him hotter flames with same exoskeleton and same armanent. How does that play out now?.

I honestly dread what "gift" Oda has in store for Zoro, considering Sanji's gift was so good. It’s unlikely that only Sanji would get a power-up, but I can't picture what kind of powerup Zoro might receive, so something bizarre could happen in a few chapters. Probably another victory for Sanji fans.
What you talk about does make sense but Oda is not consistent and he does not care about it anymore. Take an L like man and move on instead of being number 1 clown of worstgen forum.
Also get an actual life instead of being 24/7 on worstgen and creating dozens of alts when you get banned . Being unemployed and living in your parents basement for your entire life wont get you anywhere.

you can comibine armement with conqueror . Conqueror is like the cherry on top. Now sanji about to unlock basic advanced conqueror basically what yamato was using or zoro .

Sanji's output wouldn't increase with hotter flames???
He's simply perma using his Haki, that's why he's only able to maintain this form for 30 minutes before it's all out. It's a fact Sanji has to maintain the Haki + exo combination to maintain the flames. It's basically the same concept.
Because it wasn't necessary atp to get ACoC? Sanji had to accept his identity as a modified human and that's why he got exo + IJ. It was meant to surpass the combined technology of his father who's responsible for Sanji's suffering. He fought against an opponent who was capable to use all techniques of the Germa as a single cyborg.
Now in this arc, Sanji will unlock his true potential to fight against immortal demonic enemies who can only be damaged by ACoC. Again, where's the issue?
Plus, technically, Sanji could even imbue his exoskeleton with CoC, creating even far hotter flames than IJ. His exoskeleton is a very useful PU, it proves he isn't overly reliant on Haki, he's pretty much an allrounder who has DF-like powers but can swim. An ACoC Sanji seems to be pretty strong tbh.
