Diamond is hardest material most OP Characters can think of, doesn't mean it's hardest material in OPVerse or it's Indestructible for everyone.

The statement that Sea stone is a hard as diamond is a scientific one too. It’s not people just thinking of a random object. We have come across enough smart people that if this wasn’t true, it would have been refuted

Remember that Sea stone is also said to be as hard as Diamond. Sea stone, the thing no character in the story, including Yonkos, has ever destroyed.
