Ok that Oda's silhouettes are unrealiable, but the form we have seen until Erbaf Is completely different from the one we have seen until then, with crown and all.
There are two possibilities:

- Imu's fruit permits different froms (Just like Nika), which is the most likely;

- this is Imu's Awakening.

Why I said Imu was in his base is because Gaban mentioned his appearance shouldn't be from this world. There is no reason to say that unless he was talking about base form. So I think Imu was using a hybrid form that is much closer to base.

Imu told us the Roger wings are above others even though they are old greezer. I think their knowledge about haki is the main reason for their overwhelming strength. Shanks' haki is not a coincidence more like he knew how to get strong from the get go. And if he needed guidance he would ask Raleigh or Gaban. When it comes to haki the Roger pirates has no equals if anyone has the same qualities than Garp and his family.
