First thought would be X-Drake, but it's just because we know that he's a double agent.
If Queen, who's even calling Kaido "-san" would know that Drake is a spy, they would simply get rid of him. Why wouldn't he tell Kaido about it? That totally doesn't add up.
Have to keep in mind that Who's Who and Queen don't have the reader's knowledge. And if Who's who would know about it, he probably could care less. I got the impression that he's not really caring for the Crew's well being. And didn't he target a calamity anyway? Something's off here, or not?

Imo it is far more likely that they got a personal Vendetta and I honestly don't think that Drake is necessarily a guy you would want to kill. Drake isn't someone who goes around and does cruel shit to people. The only possbility would be some Marine backstory thing where he did something to Who's Who, but how likely is that really? I dunno.

And guess Hawkins is back. I really wanna who he will power up with his cards. That could really become an impactful and powerful scene.

Though I do not imagine Marco being put down that easely and early, if he's shot down he will surely regenerate quickly with his df unless it's a seastone bullet but even then it would just injure and prevent him from using his phoenix powers though without killing him.
