In a power level discussion, obviously all statements about that character in the canon must be taken into consideration. Characters who perceive King as strong provide a reference as to how strong we should consider King. Likewise, characters who perceive King as a weak fodder are also relevant for the same reason. It’s only natural to bring these points up. Lol

Gigabull is the biggest fraud we have. You can’t use him as a metric.
It’s fine that, from Gigabull’s perspective, it’s unacceptable for Admirals to lose to Commanders, but somehow perfectly acceptable for them to lose to Emperors. And that’s fine. That’s why Kaido’s mere presence was enough to keep him away from Wano.
But beating a dead dog doesn’t make Gigafraud legit. Two Commanders who were on the verge of death, and a mentally nerfed Shichibukai because he was being forced to fight while his mother was being held hostage, plus Raizo, who was already injured and exhausted from the massive war in Wano. That is probably the most fraudulent track record we have.
His last legitimate fight was his stalemate against YC10 Morley, where he literally said he had to go all out against him just to see if he could finally break out of that long, drawn-out stalemate. LOL
