Kinda noticed re-reading, did oda ever use effects like this on sanjis kicks?
I am not gonna search my posts from before, but i did say Sanji would remember Luffy saying ''I can't become the King of the Pirates without you!''
I was also hoping that KH can effect himself with his dream powers, now, that is not what i expected, but close enough lmao
We might stil see some other dream buffs for himself. Would be cool.
The other thing was the question, how is Oda gonna solve the problem with the ''self sacrifice'' - now we know it's lack of self love - just by Sanji realising it and saying ok i won't do it anymore.
Well that is more or less how it happened, Sanji just decided to love himself more - Boom problem solved lol
Something like that just wouldn't be solved that quickly, but you can argue that he stil will have to grow his self love over time and now he is just not gonna let himself get hit anymore - kinda like the first steps to true self love.
All in all it's definetely better than the whole ''self sacrifice'' thing people were saying, that Sanji just wants to throw his life away, which is why he always tries to save people. Which i argued enough against, even Iva in this chapter says that he would die for someone, despite loving himself probably more than anybody lol
It is a noble trait and has nothing to do with seeing yourself as less.
Many character did that and even CoC users too.
@PuckTheGreat i guess no El Thor to the Face and eating it like a steak lol - Sanji gonna Ultra Instinct from now on, which is cool too. Hopefuly Oda finaly uses Sanji's speed and CoO consistenly. He might even get Future Sight. There were theories back in the day, might have been my theory aswell but i don't remember whatever, that there is a ''Auto Dodge'' for CoO. So your body reacts by itself and dodges everything, Ultra instinct like. Would be broken af!
Btw. Why did KH say ''Hey Longinus''?
Is it a mistranslation or something?
Speaking off, i hope we see more of his weapon and now since Sanji is gonna dodge everything, there is a cool possible attack.
Since Zaza creating storm clouds and Longinus shoots lightning, KH might aim it at the cloud and it would rain down lightning ''beams'' and Sanji just zik zaking dodging all of them!
Please Oda don't mess this up! And fuck you for taking a break before showing Sanji's CoC!!!

One thing i see no one mentions is these dust/sparks are back again, these are used by oda only for most hitting and important moments
Im pretty sure Sanji has awakend CoC and next panel will show it.
