Yep Kin'emon may have possibly been one of Oden's strongest Scabbards once but 20 years skipped with far far less training and numerous fights have its consequences.

Yeah no. I do not even see Law, a top Supernova, reaching top tier, and so far Kid is not looking good either.
Only two are Luffy and Zoro confirmed.

Yes, like I've said. Everyone in Dressrosa/Punk Hazard is MUCH stronger than originally thought.
