Big Mom definitively plans to betray Kaido and double-cross him over the One Piece and Ancient Weapons later. I am curious if she'll say something about it to Perospero and gives him a mission.
If not I expect Perospero to continue to attempt breaking the alliance with Kaido but in a much more subtle way this time in order to avoid disobeying the direct orders and raising his mother's suspicions.

It stood out to me the way how Big Mom was talking to Marco here. She arguably talked to him in a way that was nicer and more casual compared to how she spoke to a lot of her biological children and, I suppose in that respect, is the first time she came across more as a supportive mother figure to me, at least in awhile.
If Big Mom does have a plan the only reason why she probably didn't say anything was because Marco was with them, once Marco is gone then she will most likely reveal her plans to Perospero. Now if Big Mom doesn't have a plan and she really does want to be allied with Kaido, then I can maybe see Perospero trying to secretly sabotage the alliance.
