Exactly Luffy learned Ryou to handle Kaido's tough scales and Kaido literally said some chapters ago that the Scabbards do have the same Ryou.
Eventhough they are bypassing his scales it doesn't mean he is recieving any major damage.
All this attacks will only later prove Oda's point on Kaido's durability.

No. Her emotion(revenge) itself is forced(which I talked about during WCI island too), there is no need to pin point perospero at all because that was not pedro's aim, he failed in something else, so he had to take extreme measures and it was not to kill perospero it was to create a chance for them to escape not kill peros, he was not trying to kill perospero..his main aim was to make get rid of candy(I suppose from peros + escape)..his attack stopped BM and others which helped them escape not just save from perospero. "Carrot may want to finish what his master failed" He did not fail..he suceeded in them able to escape in that situation.

And truthfully there is no real point in her trying to get revenge on Perospero right now as he's trying to end the alliance between his mother and Kaido and made a truce with Marco.
