I think Zoro would cut right through Luffys barrier with his Ryou.
I don't particularly think Luffys CoA is same level as Zoros.

Plus Zoro needs just one attack to kill Luffy while Zoro can tank 1000s of hits from Luffy due to lack of lethality.

Let Kaido prove he can destroy Kinnemon first.

I doubt that Zoro's ryou is that much better. Luffy also only needs one hit thanks to ryou. Zoro is not surviving haki projection into his skull.

As for Scabbard and Kaido, I was disappointed that Kinemon and co(those who moved with him in time) are also able to injure Kaido, as well as those who honed their skills these 20 years and became stronger.
20 years ago, Ashura and Denjiro fought Kaido and failed to injure him. Where does this conclusion come from? Because in recent chapters, Kaido was very surprised that Scabbard could injure him. After all, if they had been able to injure him then, he wouldn't be surprised now. I don't know if others will agree with me, but I believe that 20 years ago, the strongest Oden's samurai was Ashura. And if he couldn't, then Kinemon, and even more so Kiku, had no chance of doing so.
From this we can conclude that either Oda made a mistake in the plot, or Kaido had a breakdown like BM.
Or Oda will play the version with the scar from Oden and his Will\Haki.
In general, I am waiting for an explanation from Oda in the future on this issue and I hope he will not leave it unanswered.

I doubt Luffys internal destruction Haki kills Zoro

He is the man who has survived lightening literally poured into him, survived a night full of internal torture from shadows.

Zoro is God of endurance (unless you can stab him).

But Zoro is overall superior fighter due to his lethality, range, Ryou etc.

Luffy needs Gears to even compete with Zoro but Gears are temporary.

Zoro is like unlimited boundman with far superior lethality and skill

Endurance and durability don't matter when your brains get splatted by projection haki.
Luffy is much faster, and I don't see Zoro overcoming FS at all.

I think if scarab meet kaido 20 years ago they must be lost, but now some of them already trained so their power got raised up. I dont remember about denjiro, but ashura got praised by kaido for his power.
