Ok, here is my theory regarding the chapter: it was a trap and Orochi beat them to the punch.

We already knew some chapter back that Orochi found out about the invasion plan and the meeting point.

At the port, the weather is bad and there is a storm, and the ships are all destroyed. I'm starting to think that Kaido himself could have been waiting for them at the port, and annihilated them on the night before. This is just my theory, but the storm could have a been a result of one of Kaido's attacks in his dragon form. We know that Kaido in his dragon form can breathe fire (Boro Breath), but the east Asian dragon is also commonly known to bring about thunderstorms and tsunamis in Asian mythology, since they were said to be able to swim and control the weather. Its obviously not Big Mom's doing since Zeus is still with nami right now. And in the capital where Orochi is at, the weather is still fine, so obviously the storm isn't an natural occurence.

Chances are that Kaido was waiting for them the night before and attacked. Luffy is probably still in prison and might not have even broken free yet since Orochi already knew about the plan, he would have known of Luffy eventual planned rebellion and escape. The only question I have left right now is what happedned to Law and the rest of the Straw Hat crew? Were they also captured, or did they escape?

im very positive big mom can do another zeus with a another cloud, and probably also a new prometheus.

Not saying your idea is wrong though, just added another option i think is possible.

I don't think that's possible. If she could make another Zeus she would have already done it. Also Zeus and her other 3 main homies are made out of her own soul. To make a new Zeus she'd have to kill Zeus.

The ones Zoro wrecked weren’t on the ship. Plus I think he only fought 2 of the elite members (Raijin & Fuji) maybe Benzaiten too. The ones that stood out the most to me Daikoku & the Chibi are still kicking 💪🏿. Also low key looking forward to Scroll dude summoning a giant frog or maybe Raizou is the one that does that.

On Zou, some things the straw hats & Law asked Raizou to do when they met him were:
1. Raise & align your jumps to bamboos of increasing lengths. (Not yet)
2. Show me the Shadow Clone technique (check)
3. Lay low in a roof and get stabbed by Spears (check)
4. Fly in the sky with a cloth parachute (check)
5. Summon a giant frog (Not yet)
6. Put a Scroll in your mouth & day ‘nin-nin’ (check)

Outta the 6, we’ve already seen 4 so I think we are defo gonna see the other 2 ^^.

Ngl with you guys. Build up is not the strongest aspect of Oda, so getting through these past 45 wano chapters was not always easy, however, it's slowly time for the war or flashback.

It's simple really. They are not as powerful as Zeus, Napoleon and Prometheus so they can't control the weather.
