Men this panel is very emotional for me. Seeing Oden with happy face and a great character, his death was really sad and the way how the Scabbard fight with his name,men that is beautiful. Probably one of the best panels so far, this going be sooo good in the anime version...
Even Kaido praise Oden again in this chapter and knowledge his power.
Speaking of his skills, Kaido fought and see more Oden, Oda just offscreen the most parts, the onbattle with Kaido vs Oden was probably very good.

The scabbards seem much more powerfull than we think, but the Dragon form seems less usefull than the Human one in this close fight

Raizo is definitely a devil fruit user, remember when Kin'emon used his devil fruit he would call it Garb Garb Jutsu and here you have Raizo saying Maki Maki Jutsu.

Seems to be the dragon form has high destructive abilities, but it makes Kaido a huge target. His human form has actual power to his hits. If not for the scabbards, he would be technically invincible in this form.

Look at what happened with Luffy. The moment Luffy became too quick for him, Kaido turned to his human form and 1 shot him. Right now he's just tanking attacks, but I'm really curious to when he'll transform to human or hybrid and start legitimately fighting back.

I'd still give it 6-8 chapters. If this battles lasts that long before Luffy arrives, then its a perfect time to end the Act when Kaido is shown winning. Depends on when

If third act is supposed to be tragedy its highly likely the Scabbards will die. This chapter was emotional. One last hurrah.
