Kinemon was officially confirmed to have observation haki in Datebooks, also in the story itself Kinemon was shown to have it.

I'm pretty sure that the spoilers mentioned that Kaido's roar is "weasel-shaped" so it's not invisible.

Inuarashi and Nikomamush wouldn't been able to fight against Jack whiteout CoO, Ahura fought against Inuarashi, Oden and even cut Jack etc. I'm not going to prove you that they have CoO if you believe otherwise.

No, but they should avoid those that can be avoided, and not those attacks, like for example lightning which is quite fast.

Oda has been super inconsistent with Coo ever since Skypeia arc. Many times before and after the timeskip characters with Coo even masters of it have been shown to not notice guys who they should have easely located with their haki or failed to foresee attacks with it.

None of the scabbard knew Kaido could breath lightning until the lighting had been shot right at them. Like the had to register lightning as it was already coming and dodge while they themselves were already mid motion towards Kaido.

This is an extremely impressive speed feat

Those wind cuts have to AT MINIMUM be lightning speed to tag these guys and most likely faster than lightning.
