Oda skips it shows us a flashback about Otama and Otsuru then shows us a flashback about Otamas Grandfather or whoever he is then we have a running scene then a short image of the fight

Also the main focus you guys have is flying. There are multiple instances in the manga where flying oppenents get beaten by people who can't fly themselves.

It is interesting that candies think that Sanjino is the guy who takes flying opponents while Sanji never defeated a flier.
Zoro, on the other hand, is the actual flying specialist who took out two flying opponents.

Being able to fly is not needed (in OP) to defeat him but is clearly indicated.

Zoro has precedent for taking out flying enemies therefore more points to Zoro. Sanji is a candy therefore will fight another candy like Jabra and Bon Clay/Ivankov

Queen isn't significantly weaker than King, and has a different skill set better suited for a Zoro fight.
Zoro fanboys really better scale back any Queen downplay they are currently doing because it is might lead to a big L for them in 10 chapters or so.
