Depending on what defines a samurai in One Piece
Zoro has definitely been depicted as a samurai be it through him always carrying Japanese Katanas over western blades which most major swordsmen like Mihawk, Roger, Shanks, Rayleigh carry.
Or through the way he dresses
He also has a way of samurai with his moves named after Japanese and Buddhist sects and him practicing Iaijutsu which was invented by samurai.
If on top of that he also belongs to Wano then he is a samurai and then some lmao @sanjikun

Mate Samurai are citizens of Wano, not people who have "distant descent" from it. They have a code of honor, a way of dressing, talking, rituals, etc... they perform.
You don't just become "Samurai" because you do some things like them.
