why doesn’t sanji just pick luffy up and fly up to kaido it’s much faster and flying gifters are surely not as common as normal ground gifters, delaying luffy’s meeting with kaido like this feels forced

luffy can fly on his own he doesn't need sanji help for that

Literally everything about him is the same with the exception that you can't see the chest tattoo due to the gun being in the way, and now he is holding a gun. He's even got a few bandages on his body, which would be kind of weird if he hasn't fought at all yet.

Wtf. Tattos on the hands are there. Chest is not visible because it is covered.

bandage implies he was defeated anyway, but managed to recover.

Three different characters with the same style and same smile DF. He is just recycling..Clearly, Oda likes that style and smile DF.

If Oda wanted those three to be the same characters he would have made everything about them identical. The one Zoro fought had a tattoo on his chest and was using all swords. The one Yamato is facing uses a sword and gun. He is also missing the chest tattoos. The gun wouldn't have covered up all of the tattoo.
