Well we'll start being told where they are now that is a us actually giving a layout of the location .

He was standing up for her and was upset because of the things that happened to her. When she forgave Jimbe, he backed off and then helped out Jimbe in the fight that followed.

He should of let Nami hash it out with Jinbei and let her decide how she wants to deal with it. Afterwards the rest of the strawhats can put their opinions on the subject out there. Sanji shouldn't be acting as the judge, jury, and executioner and deciding for Nami what Jinbei should do to make up for Arlong's misdeeds. She's the primary victim at the end of the day, and although Sanji is a friend to Nami, this is something really personal to only her.
