If you talk about Jinbe's dialogue "I will escort you to Kaido's place" that will just mean withot Jinbe's escorting, Sanji would reach Kaido's place already badly wounded. Not that he will do anything significant there though, at best he's used to fodder control against Jack's troops that already regenerated.
