I can tell you because it wasn't sure if he could win a 1v1 against him. Kaido tried attacking the Yonkou, we know that as a fact, but he never could defeat WB even though he was Sick, Old, would get heart attacks in fights.

Also, to answer your point. WB never knew that Oden was killed, neither did Marco. Oda had to create a plot inconsistency to justify how Primebeard didn't go to Wano and one shot that fraud, lmao

I don't think so. There is nothing hinting towards it. In fact, Yamato actually feels more like how Oden's son should have been. Her joining the crew is far better option for her character and the way its setup than being a retainer(which is outside what she wants).

Why has oda made him so strong that even though he wants to be weak (dying) he can't. Kaido wants to die on an even bigger stage, he hopes to launch the world into a great war, something bigger than the death of WB in MF and Roger, leading to chaos and devastating the world.What is his fault? the guy is beating death over and over.

Also, ONCE AGAIN, the Yamato/Carrot debate is effectively over...has the furball EVER had a SINGLE moment approaching Yamato’s shining moment of bravery and confidence?? Her Sulong form in WCI was really only meant to hype the same for Inu and Neko, and she has been responsible for precisely dick before AND after that. Kaido’s kid is finally dropping the idol worshipping, and by the time all is said and done, even the non-believers are gonna have to accept that, and I’m quoting (myself) here...
