they seemingly took down the 4 strongest members .
Shiki - Ouchoku - Silver Axe - C. John were taken down by Rayleigh Scopper Seagull etc. i assume , off panel
but yeah it's debatable if they could beat the Old Gen Marine ( Kong Sengoku Garp Tsuru Saul etc. ) , definitely not if Old Gen Marine actually had 2 Admirals other than Sengoku
definitely not the present day Marine as well which is stronger than Old Gen/Pre TS Marine

Big Mom was 30 years old ... with Haki and DF and superhuman powers ... she was a 500 mil pirates at age 14 ... and you dare calling him a rookie at age 30?
Kaido also have been a freak for as long as we know him and Oda showed him in the war flash back as a core member meaning he was still really damn strong
you can repeat your self for as long as you want but

- a 36 years old Whitbeard (his true prime was 38 base on magazine)
- a 35 ish years old Shiki
- a 30 years old Big Mom
- Kaido , and 2 other big name
- many many fame pirates that we don't know
are a power byond anthing we ever saw
and that's why they earn the title of "strongest crew in the world" cause they clearly were
they ar AT LEAST 4 top tiers in their crew ... 2 of which were offical pirate King levels ....
this is a power no pirate crew or marine for that matter can beat
simply cause Marine alone wasn't enough to win that war
and tbh I don't even think Marine + Roger were alone too ... and they didn't win the war fairly

Rocks, in the end they needed the strongest pirate crew (bar them) and the strongest marine, with the help of other at best slightly weaker than Garp like Bogard, to ally to have an extreme win vs them.
Don't get why so many people as of now voted for marines when they had to pull out every sort of trick and tactic to be able to beat old sick WB and crew after even BB gave an hand.

- how they won is unclear and they had Marine + Roger Pirates in that war not just 2 dudes
- Roger never got the title of "strongest crew" ... he tied with WB and won by luck in front of Shiki
- lol ... so Roger Pirates were strongest cause they didn't lose? they didn't lose cause they didn't won any big war by their own
- 4 or 5 top tiers in 1 crew > 2 top tiers in 1 crew .... this math is so simple that arguying to prove it is an insult to myself

come back when your knowledge about one piece power level is more than this mate .... Roger Pirate even with Oden and Bullet are no match for Rocks Pirates ... add prime Shanks and you might have a chance for arguying this point .... but again a Prime Rocks Pirates can take down WG ... so ... Prime game is not a safe game with them

Other than the tier shit one needs just consider the illimitate amount of resources they have: 180+ nations, by far the most advanced scientific department (freaking Vegapunk), can potentially bring into the field millions and millions of soldier, weapons of any sort such as PX, from day to night it can institute a world draft and find monsters such as Fujitora and Ryokugyu... just too much.

after reading the title included "org" I thought yeah it would be stupid to include Marines so it wont be on poll, but then I saw..... 
tbh I never intended to the discussion to become "Marines in general + their history" , that's why I put 3 votes ...
But I simply wanted to match the TOP 8 of the CURRENT marines vs other TOP 8 of either previous or current Crews and when you put it that way it's not that far off ( cause it's pretty obvious with their military might and former members they are above any other faction since they stood the test of time)
Cause Sakazuki , Kizaru , Fujitora and Greenbull might be strong ppl but so is Roger Rayleigh Gaban Oden and so is Shanks Beckmen Roo Yassop and so on etc ...
Like I didn't think the vote will be this overwhelming for the Marines but I guess ppl took it as Marines in general (taking Aokiji , garp , sengoku with them etc )
He is the right hand of Garp so he could be from slightly weaker to vonsideravly weaker than Garp uet in both cases he is a force who could have had his own part in God valley incident. Afterall Garp and Roger were weighted almost the same in that ecent, at least going by the narrator, so or both Ray, Scopper, Bogard etc. Were irrilevant or Bogard at least could be up with mid high tiers, at the very least, in Roger crew, maybe he could even be comparavle to Scopper or even Ray but this is just speculation (but still a possibility).
Again you're speculating while I'm showing you manga panels that say Roger and Garp not the Roger Pirates and the Marines led by Garp (im arguing in bad faith cause i also think Roger pirates were there but u started it )
my whole point from the start Rayleigh , Gaban and Oden could've had been as big if not bigger names if they made their pirate crews than WhiteBeard , Big Mom and Shiki instead they chose to sit out as far as we know in the story (and Rayleigh was literally compared to WhiteBeard as a legend 40 years later by Garp himself)
and we also literally have the prove of this where their both rookies in Kaido and Shanks became of equal status as Yonkos 40 years later
yeah i think Rocks Pirates would've been defeated had they come to Marineford , it wouldn't be an easy battle though unless Marines actually had 1/2 Admirals other than Sengoku
if they had 1/2 other Admirals i'd put them at Oden lvl/lower top tier , since Roger didn't mention them with Garp/Sengoku

seriously you believe that they are like Wb, Big Mom were/are on Rogers level and Shikis level too
The crew of Rocks is overpowered only Roger and Garp together beat them and look WB survived , Kaido too, Big also and Shiki too so even together they couldnt prob beat them or capture them
