I already debunked him on the earth in relation to the universe
" the verse you quoted about the earth being created before the heavens actually points to the opposite if you look the Arabic it says " ثم استوى إلى السمآءِ " which means he then directed himself to the heavens this obviously indicates that the heavens existed before the earth then Allah divided them into seven heavens.”
The heavens existed just not seven heavens
Yh I agree.

As for the Universe being taking shorter amount of time. Thats of course something l cant answer
That's the point. No matter what is meant in the Quran with "day", even if you call it a measurement of time, according to the Quran, Allah took twice as long for the universe.
nor can science. But look at every planet that has been discovered and every star that has been discovered. Are any of them as complex as the Earth is ? Why would Allah need to spend longer on something thats less complex.
Yes, science can. Again, look up the definiton of scientific theory. We are pretty accurate with this. Also, a planet not being habitable doesn't necessarily mean it is less complex. Plus, earth is a very tiny planet as compared to giants like Saturn and Jupiter, let alone the sun or larger constructs. Again, are you aware how vast the universe is? The earth is a grain of dust within our solar system. And our solar system is one of 100 - 300 billion solar systems in our galaxy, which, in turn, is but one of 2 trillion galaxies in the observable universe. No way the earth needs twice as long as the universe.

And again, nothing was debunked. Because when Allah directed himself to the heavens, it was still smoke. He only formed it into seven layers and put sun, moon and stars into it once the earth was already finished. Plus, the statement of Allah separating heaven and earth is erronous in itself, since the earth, as per our current scientific knowledge, formed billions of years after the universe (heaven).

The word "Youm" can mean Day, Era, Etc. Colloquially it means days whilst Linguistically it means "Periods of time". You cant use it as a measurement at all. A day could be like 1000 years, or the Day of Judgement is like 50,000 years.

So the Universe was created in 6 periods of time.... is the best way to say.

Thus these could mean different for the Earth and the Universe. This is honestly the best way to put it without overstepping....

22:47 "Verily a day in the sight of your Lord is like a thousand years of your reckoning"

- Anyways can now go on to the proofs that Quran does have. Such the Universe expanding, Mountain being like stakes, the Sun not being stationary, iron coming from space

Anyways I honestly dont care to debate this. Im not even truly knowledgeable in these things to be debating for Islam.

since bones dont develop before flesh in human embroys and semen doesnt come from the backbones/ribs and the earth isnt flat and mountains dont prevent earthquakes and the sun doesnt set in a pool of water and also isnt revolving around the earth and not all organisms are in pairs, it is man made, clearly no scientific wonder. Not to mention the authors mathematical error in surah 4 verse 11-12 (or 12-13, not super sure).

there is only the miracle of reinterpretation

In order not to spam the Islam Group thread.
Here are the verses:

Ask ˹them, O Prophet˺, “How can you disbelieve in the One Who created the earth in two Days? And how can you set up equals with Him? That is the Lord of all worlds. - 41:9

He placed on the earth firm mountains, standing high, showered His blessings upon it, and ordained ˹all˺ its means of sustenance—totaling four Days exactly—for all who ask. - 41:10

Then He turned towards the heaven when it was ˹still like˺ smoke, saying to it and to the earth, ‘Submit, willingly or unwillingly.’ They both responded, ‘We submit willingly.’ - 41:11

So He formed the heaven into seven heavens* in two Days, assigning to each its mandate. And We adorned the lowest heaven with ˹stars like˺ lamps ˹for beauty˺ and for protection. That is the design of the Almighty, All-Knowing.”- 41:12

Do you not see how Allah created seven heavens*, one above the other, - 71:15

placing the moon within them as a ˹reflected˺ light, and the sun as a ˹radiant˺ lamp? - 71:16

Source: https://quran.com/

So it goes like this:

1. Allah creates the plain earth in 2 days
2. Then he places the mountains upon it and blesses it with sustenance and other things, taking another 2 days (4 in total)
3. Then he turns towards the heavens, which is still smoke, to form it into 7 heavens, where he puts, sun, moon and stars. Note: The stars are placed in the nearest heaven, so they are closer to the earth than the moon an the sun are. And it takes him only half as long

The Quran even says that the sun and moon have the same orbit.

According to the Quran, this is how earth looks like:
Honestly these verse aren't meant to be scientifically accurate, their inner aim is praise Allah as the creator

He's the creator, this is his true greatness, how and in how much time he created it's not the point imo.

The description of how he created is meant to exalt his creative power, regardless if it's accurate or not it has to be something that amaze everyone in its description, something that let you feel His greatness

The stars are in the first heaven and the first heaven is everywhere where stars are you just assumed that first heaven was close.

Akhi these are out of context verses with his own interpretation. These verse are scientifically accurate.

No, the Quran is anything but scientifically correct and there is a reason a lot are leaving Islam after reading the Quran (and Sunnah). Including Arabs whose native language is Arabic. You can even look up more prominent guys like "the masked arab" who debunk those things in Islam in both English and Arabic.

It's just that Muslims who have grown up with Islam are totally biased and will interpret the Quran accordingly, searching for proof and interpretations that fit their bias.

I dont think you should be stating something like this if you dont have knowledge. These are scientifically correct or unproven yet.

There are more people converting to Islam then leaving it.

You have official numbers? I don't think so. I think the estimated number of apostates is much higher, since they have to keep it secret due to death threats. But there are a lot leaving, especially in islamic countries. And a person leaving Islam usually had a more critical look at it than someone converting. In my experience, people convert out of rather shallow reasons, while those leaving have a deep history of growing up within islamic culture and learning about Islam.

I mean where are your numbers ? Thats all assumption....that more people are leaving then converting.

Its a fact that Islam is the fastest growing religion.

Yeah, due to the birth rate of Muslims. No offense.

Of course there are no "official" numbers on apostates. Because Islam - the religion of peace - has the death sentence for those leaving Islam. If you live in an Islamic country and with a conservative Muslim family, leaving Islam openly is a life threatening situation. But there is a vast amount of them leaving, both officially and inofficially.

Islam, as other religions, simply don't have the right answers for our modern, advanced life. Unlike science and technology. Religions are just archaic tales told by ignorant people in the desert. To believe that the almighty creator of the entire universe speaks to a bedouin in the desert and commanding how apes on a dust grain in the solar system have to live their lives. Baby please.
