I doubt that Marco has Snakeman's attack speed and unpredictability, nor that he has FS. Even if Katakuri may struggle with Marco's regen so would Marco with Katakuri's amazing agility, speed, FS and shapeshifting.

No of course, I was mostly talking about Boundman, since it still managed to go through. And we are aware of how Marco has no FS until proven differently, but my point was that neither him nor Luffy as well. :) however the latter still managed to read through Katakuri's attacks at some point of the clash.

Boundman never managed to go through Katakuri's FS. The only times Boundman was able to land a hit on Katakuri was when he was too pissed off to use his Observation Haki after Luffy saw his mouth and relaxation time, leaving him vulnerable to attacks. The moment Katakuri managed to calm himself and to be able of using his FS again Boundman was unable of hitting him.
