Na as sick as he was MF WB was, he stronger than any admiral. He beat Akainu in two hits and Akainu only came out after WB died.
He was definitely weaker than any Yonko though. In far better condition he could only equal Shanks.

The entire world said that Marineford Whitebeard was above the other Yonko, and the entire world says that Mihawk is above Shanks but you don’t believe either of these things.
How can you disagree with the entire OP world Sera?
Didn't he totally ignore Ulti even though he said she is cute and escorted Luffy and told him to focus in reaching the rooftop?
And before that he talked about not abandoning the prostitutes and some people criticised him for that but it turns out he was undercover and saved Momonusuke
You should give him the credit because he showing some development in this raid

I think Mihawk and Shanks are both a bit below Kaido and BM.
I would say that they’re equal. Reasoning for why Mihawk = Shanks and not Mihawk > Shanks.
Didn’t Mihawk:
1) Fight Shanks wayyy before he became a Yonko
2) Run away from Shanks at Marineford
3) Gauge WB’s strength using his eyes (a thing people forget he can do) and say there was a gap
Additionally, doesn’t Shanks use a gun in the same games that predicted Kaido’s elemental control and Drake’s Excalibur attack?
