Kaido and Yamato do have a very eastern aesthetic, unlike most of his crew who look like barbarians. Plus Kaido himself refers to haki as “ryou.” I know he’s been on Wano for two decades plus, but he was already a pirate for years outside of that, and was surrounded by senior peers who’ve used the term haki.
There’s definitely more to Kaido’s background which relates to Wano. And his respect for Samurai must run deeper than simply meeting Oden.

But think about it? Would the power collapse for real? All this time we have interpreted the line of Beckman being close to Shanks as Beckman being a top tier, however, considering Killer's words and that he experienced Kaido on his own vs them, and Shanks and his crew versus the Kidd pirates, wouldn't it mean that Killer holds Kaido in a much higher esteem and thus the correct interpretation is that Shanks is close to Beckman, but neither are top tier. So Shanks is YC1+ and Beckman YC1. We solved the problem.
Old Ray did better than Marco against Kizaru though. It would make it like Old Ray=Kizaru=Akainu>=Marco>Linlin.

Now that Hacha has been defeated, all of the 5 Numbers we have met are now taken out (Jaki, Juki, Goki, Nangi, Hacha). I wonder if the next 5 Numbers will be as strong as the other 5, or a bit stronger. Btw we’ve heard laughs from 6 Numbers, 5 of which have been from the defeated ones. The 6th Number laugh was “Kunyunyu Kunyu”, so the Number’s name will likely be Kunyu and he represents the number 9. The other 4 remaining Numbers are 1, 2, 3, and 6. I see two possibilities for the 5 remaining Numbers. Possibility 1 is that Numbers 6 and 9 (let’s call them Roki and Kunyu) gets beaten by 2 other people to serve as hypetools, and then Chopper fights Numbers 1, 2, and 3 (let’s call them Shoki, Niki, and Sanki) as his main fight for the arc. Possibility 2 is that Chopper fights all 5 of them.
Minus Teach who I assume will grow stronger that's my top 4 with varying places. I can see Akainu being weaker than both Mihawk and Shanks, or in the middle like you put them, or even stronger. I can also see some of them ending up stronger than Kaido. But the 4 of them and Dragon are most likely the safest bet for a top 5 right now.

Pica cannot hit Kata, at least with stone golem, but Kata cannot deal with Pica as long as he is connected with the mountain. He can deal with walking Pica quite easily, that I can agree on.
