It would be clearer if we could hear the voices. But traditionally this sort of scene is enacted by a horny dude and a prostitute.

But Black Maria could just be playing out the lyrics herself.

You should be more afraid of it being a gag than it meaning that Sanji will meet Orochi.

Sanji meeting Orochi can at least made the plot move forward. And also note that meeting and fighting are 2 different things.

I genuinely can't understand this theory. Why would Orochi pop out of nowhere in a completely different place after his head got chopped off to go to prostitutes ? Really, I find this idea extremely weird and can't understand it.

Black Maria, Who's Who, Queen or even King make more sense. I still believe it's Black Maria, it's the most obvious answer and I see no reason to overthink this. Remember when everyone overthought the whole "shadow in the sea" thing, even though it was just Perospero. Or when everyone was talking about the "mysterious guy with Marco that could possibly be Scopper Gaban" even though it was just Izo.
