It’s Kid. Anyone who says otherwise either doesn’t know what a rival is or has zero reading comprehension. How much more obvious can Oda make it that Luffy and Kid are rivals lmao. In chapter 944 Queen literally calls them “rivals battling it out in the same generation.” Blackbeard is not a rival because he is far ahead of Luffy. He is a mountain that Luffy must climb. A rival is someone who competes alongside him to climb that mountain.

I know, but my main point is Oda has made it very obvious that Kid was the main rival out of the Supernova since the arc they were introduced. Only Luffy and Kid has another Supernova on their crew. Luffy and Kid are the only conquerers haki users of the Supernova. Kid is the only Supernova who has the same dreams and ambition as Luffy, the others have either become Luffy cheerleaders (Bege, Law), Yonkos bitches (Apoo, Hawkins), or seem to have a completely different goal (Bonney, Urouge, Drake). People got to stop living in denial when it comes to Kids obvious portrayal lol.

age dosn't matter in being in same generation Urouge and Bege are older than teach but they are in same Generation (Part of worst generation) with luffy and Teach

The Supernovas have had two years to catch up to Pre-TS Luffy and they still have not achieved anywhere near the same amount of accomplishments.
Now Luffy is going to do in two months what the rest could not achieve in two years. There is no chance for them to catch-up.
If any of the Supernovas ever become Emperors, it will be because they simply filled up the power vacuum left by Luffy as he rockets to Pirate King.

Kid and Law since they're his contemporaries... Both started at the same time, shares the same end goal, and are mutually and directly competing with each other...
BB is also a rival but he's more of an "obstacle" and personal rival (actually more of a one-sided rivalry as of now)... They also share the same end goal but aren't directly competing with each other... Besides, BB is already a "veteran" and more established than Luffy...

Most pirates even the yonko/rocks subordinates or shichibukai dont compare to the achievements of roger or rocks. Same for the other nova compared to luffy and teach yet their still gonna reach the top.
The supernova are gonna be the ones to lead the next generation while teach is taken down with the current either way
