He wasn't insane. He's exact same now as he was earlier. That's why Kid said he was just jolly instead of saying he was weaker or anything. They couldn't break him. That's why they use Kid as a hostage to force Killer to fight for them.

The 2 vs 1 made no difference. It was Zoro's overwhelming strength and speed.

Over the past few chapters Oda has been showing us that Apoo has a solid defense by having him either evade or block Zoro/Drake. Even at the same time. So why didn't the same thing happen? Because Zoro stepped this level up. He was too much did Apoo. His strength even had Drake shook and surprised. That one thing showed us that Zoro is levels above both of them.

I don't know specifically but we will see.

The chapter is an unicum so we can only wait for full pictures before making up our minds. For now I trust their credibility but there's no proof either.

guys, as always just think with context. Prev chapter has proven that already. Killer said Kaido is the strongest pirate while they were heading up towards the rooftop. Then after that, we immediately saw enraged Kaido beating the shit out of the scabbards. People were arguing and doubting he said that line, but official says otherwise.

This chapter is exactly the same. Zoro was mad. Cause of what??
1. Kiku's arm fell from the rooftop. Zoro knew Kaido did this.
2. Zoro was enraged, He said he is tired of playing these games Queen created. He's not here to play around, he's had enough. He's here to cut down Kaido, the strongest in the world.
And finally, we get to see on the final page, Kaido lifted the entire Onigashima.

Now tell me, how could Zoro possibly mocking him in any way in that statement? I dont see anything peculiar in the raws of that particular sentence either.

You are still deflecting. How will Apoo defend against the same attack?

The weapon he uses to defend got destroyed by that very attack. If you can't support the claim you made then such a statement has no weight

How would he even defend that though? His tonfa is fucked via Zoro's attack. Drake was insignificant in that, and Apoo hasn't shown the reaction time to avoid it. Even Drake was shook by the sheer power and speed of the move. There's no way in hell he's doing shit to mitigate Zoro's Ittoryu attack.
