what i meant is, zoro could just cover his ears with his hands and outrun Apoo to get into a building where sounds can't get through so he would be able to cover his ears with something safely, once he done he would come back and one shot Apoo just like he did in latest chapter
Why would Apoo stay there though? Like it isn't really a fight at that point. Zoro Kidd Killer and Luffy did the same thing and Apoo just went on to do something else. If your opponent runs so far that they can't hear you even with a devil fruit that amplifies your voice then is it even a fight at that point? Personally I wouldn't stay.

I feel us getting a pretty tragic moment with the scabbards next chapter or the following one. It was a good run, maybe a few more action panels of them using their final moves before Kaido truly takes some of them out
I hope we get rid of it 998 or 999. I swear their dead faces for act 3 ending is too predictable and unimpactful from my perspective.

It's zoro who says it
Why would oda have Zoro look at BM flying up and seem relieved if it isn't him who's talking
Its a fodder quote. Zoro was not looking at the roof until after that dialogue. He also had nothing to do with Big Mom the first time, but other fodder experienced her first attack. She was gone from the performance floor already (by Jinbe/Robin) when Queen threw Luffy/Zoro from the castle.

So no, it doesnt make any sense if the dialogue came from Zoro

He gets stuck by a web and then kicked by 2 Gifters, he's then completely immobilised and taken to Black Maria. But apparently no L.

Drake literally dealt 0 damage to Apoo, but MASSIVE help was provided according to you guys.
I'd say occupying Apoo is a pretty big deal. If we go off the translations then Apoo didn't even notice Zoro. Yamato one shot Ulti then failed to do the same thing in their short exchange a few chapters later. Why is that? Because Luffy distracted Ulti the first time which left her wide open for Yamato to go in. It isn't fair to count sneak/surprise attacks. You think Killer would ever be able to seriously wound Zoro like that in a 1 on 1 where they're both at their peak?

Gotta be honest, not sure what is even going to make you happy. I specifically remember you complaining that there aren't enough stakes/tragic moments, but you are now saying it'd be predictable if Oda showed Scabbards dead/dying and this its still bad.

I think you just want to be angry at One Piece, no offense. Not even sure why

An another. Let's fix that. This chapter made it clear Zoro is above all of them and Killer. It's interesting how you left out Kid who able to hit Apoo with a surprised attack that didn't defeat him.
Can you stop that stupid argument?
White weapons are much more lethal, this has nothing to do with power
Killer did the same with Zoro, feel your ass

Oh yeah, I forgot the Enel fight. Mihawk vs Zoro was a personal fight too I guess, he got clapped though
:doffytroll:

Zoro unlocked Asura when Kaku angered him, might we see a new power-up if he gets angered enough?
:believe:
There was also him getting angry over what the Franky family did to Usopp. I neglected to mention it since it was overshadowed by Luffy’s rage.

That doesn't make sense .. why does he carry Tonfa if he's only a range fighter, especially someone who was able to hold his own for a small period of time against a casual Zoro and hybrid drake — the dude has cqc skills.
He uses them for defense. We have yet to see Apoo attack anyone without his devil fruit. He only whipped out the tonfa because Zoro and Drake got close to him. It looks like he uses them as some sort of last resort when his opponent gets close and he can't really use his fruit anymore.

Bro where did i say Apoo would just stay there? I said zoro would outrun him, Zoro was by far faster than Apoo according to latest chapter. And a far distance is unnecessary as a simple closed building could diminish the sounds completely, and most important point it is a strategy, running is a part of strategy
