It's not scale dude. Things are hype because people care about the person doing them. If Usopp had pulled out a win against Page one, that would've been even more hype becuase its fuckin Usopp and the man is a favourite.

If you care very very much about Kaido then you care very very much about him lifting an island.

Luffy Zoro Kidd and Killer covered their ears and ran away. Again, they ran away. That is different from doing it in an actual fight and trying to attack him back which all of them failed to do.

Apoo was only able to lift a tonfa. It was cut in half by Zoro. Which showed he saw the attack coming and tried to react. His reactions were just limited.

Lol, that would be an awesome feat for Apoo then. Despite he didn't even notice Zoro, his reflexes or CoO are top since he could react at it -> in a 1 vs 1 he would react at it.
But it doesnt need to be like that. The tonfa could be in the way simply.

The fact is that Apoo didnt have the chance to do anything since he didn't even notice Zoro because he was having a 1 vs 1 with Drake.

Apoo tried to block with his tonfas. they got cut in half. ANd why would Apoo forget Zoro was after him too?

In a 1 on 1 it would be different though. Apoo is a long ranged fighter that was forced into a fight of CqC which isn't his strong suit. In a 1v1 Apoo would be looking to open up some distance between himself and Zoro before using his fruit and doing some serious damage. I still think Zoro would win if they ever fought 1 on 1 but I don't think it would be nearly as easy.

Well, no SN can no diff another SN, that would make Zoro too OP, which is why Oda showed Apoo in an impressive light in the past few chapters and earlier in Onigashima.

He can attack faster than Apoo, sure. But what does that have to do with his RUNNING speed? Brook can run faster than Zoro right? Do you think Brook can speed blitz Zoro? He can't. Movement speed and Attack speed are 2 very different stats. I guarantee you Zoro can slash a thousand times faster than Brook could even dream of slashing. We don't know who can run faster between Apoo and Zoro.

and if i must say, movement speed and attack speed do correlate with each other, if you can use an extra effort to blitz someone with an attack, then you could blitz someone with less effort without trying to attact as well
