WW is not going to be the final fight for Jinbe, and Black Maria is not going to be the final fight for Sanji, they are just short confrontations.

From the beginning, Sasaki, WW and Black Maria were grouped together in that panel talking to Drake, then it was said that these 3 are ex-pirate captains and these 3 have their own crews, and now the DF of these 3 specific characters been presented together in the same chapter.

Sasaki / WW / BM are the equivalent of Kaido's mid trio, and Oda has also separated these 3 (Franky/Brook/Robin) as a veteran trio of the mugiwaras' crew.
