Powers & Abilities Does Mihawk have Conqueror's Haki? Would it make sense for Mihawk NOT to have it?

#21
One invaded a country and forced himself on the throne. The other one is the queen of an island of fodders. It's like saying Mihawk trashed the baboons and rules over an island. Mihawk has greater ambition than Hancock and Katakuri, by far. He aims at being the strongest, to stand at the top. CoC is ambition. It is used interchangeably in the manga.
not really ... even if Mihawk was ruler of baboons it would give him somewhat of a claim

Doffy and Hancock are both leaders and their underlings are devoted to them ... Mihawk don't have any of this

#22
and that's prove Mihawk have CoC?

with that logic every single admiral should have CoC as well?

all of this are means "Mihawk can have" .... guess what every single man in one piece CAN HAVE CoC ... if Oda wants

it don't means they have a claim ....
It's about what speaks for and what speaks against it. Simple discussion. And while there is a lot speaking for that claim, the only thing you see as speaking against it "he is not a king or leader" which is not a necessity at all.

Doffy and Hancock are both leaders and their underlings are devoted to them
Who cares. CoC = your ambition, the power of your spirit and not who is devoted to you. Mihawk doesn't give a shit about underlings.

how's that make anything better ?

the power of making allies of everyone you meet

is the best way of measuring a CoC user as Mihawk himself put it

not just your ambition

Chopper ambition is higher than Luffy's and Zoro ... not even joking
Fujitora ambition is no less than any living man
Robin have great ambition

how on earth we should measure some one ambition ?!

Mihawk have no claim for being a CoC user
he can be ...
I even don't care if he be one
raw CoC is a cool power ....
but he have no claim

"its not some special power", doubt mihawk is talking about haki here. Which would mean he prob doesnt know that CoC can do this, and that would be another thing speaking against it maybe @comrade

Thats not coc.
Neither roger or shanks will have the allies luffy will.

cause Luffy's CoC is greater than both of them .... but you can't deny Roger and Shanks have this power best after Luffy

the fact that Roger and Garp fought side by side
the fact that Shanks is allowed in authority room

are feats no other CoC user can hope to achieve in this term
maybe Dragon ... but I doubt it ....

The ability to turn everyone into your ally is not something contributed to CoC. Again, look up at how CoC is defined by Rayleigh and who has it. Even if "turning everyone into your ally" is part of CoC, it would simply mean there are variations to it. Or do you see Doffy, Hancock and Chinjao turning everyone into their allies? CoC isn't even a direct ability but an indirect. A manifestation of your strong will/spirit/ambition. That's why Rayleigh said you cannot train it, but it simply grows alongside you.

mate you are much more logical than act like this
all you are keep saying is "why not?"
Mihawk have a chance
Mihawk can very well be a CoC

but nothing so far implied he have that
look at Dragon ... why do you think 9/10 fans would agree he have CoC ... cause it's been implied .... Mihawk didn't get that ... yet

keep bringing it up is pointless ... cause we all know he MIGHT AND CAN ....

It would make sense for him to not have it if the Narrative was around the fact that his purpose was to reach the top without having that ability proving that the ability was not really necessary for him.

Maybe he was let go as the son of Imu because he lacked COC and that is what drove Mihawk to reach the top of swordsmanship and have a COC user Shanks below him.

Is Katakuri a leader or king? He is a Yonko underling.

So where is the evidence for Shanks having advanced CoC? And the evidence for what advanced CoC actually is? So far Oda said, advanced CoC means you can distinguish between people you want to knock out and not.
Katakuri is a prince lol
He has an island he rules over and he's the strongest child of the strongest family!
He is also future leader of BMP. Everyone sees him as their pillar.

What the hell are u trying to do here?
Mihawk is a lone wolf...nobody follows him!
Nobody sees mihawk as pillar of an organisation or group.

In NW you'd find lots of CoC users
Mihawk doesn't even live in NW, he made his name in paradise.

Shanks was never below Mihawk and will never be

Top Pirate with CoC > those who lack it

At this point, he probably has it. The implication behind Rayleigh's words is that most people who aim for the top and are famous on a global scale have it

And we know for a fact that Zoro's goal when becoming WSS was for his name to reach heavens, with an implication that he might have / get it this arc

And Mihawk aimed for the top, ultimately being world wide known as the WSS, has a rivalry with a conqueror(Shanks) that was so great everyone including Whitebeard still thought about it

He doesn't have it.
Zoro isn't surpassing or beating a conqueror in his lifetime.

That's luffy job.

Because Mihawk has different goals. Mihawk is one of the few whose goal is exclusively power driven. He reached the top through power alone and waits for someone who can challenge and beat him. Again, Rayleigh just said most of the guys who made a name for themselves in the world have it. Mihawk has one of the highest grounds in One Piece.

He's a lone wolf.
It's not about goals.

Oden refused to have followers yet they still followed him
Luffy refused the gand fleet yet they still followed him
