Not all Conqueror's aim for being the PK. Whitebeard, who was Roger's equal in power, is the best example. He didn't care for the throne, he didn't care for power, all he wanted is to have a family. Hancock chills on her island in the Calm Belt of the Paradise side and rules over fodders.

Great point. No one has as many parallels to each other like Shanks and Mihawk. They even have the same birthday. And the guy on OJ who counted panels, determined that Mihawk and Shanks actually had the same amount of panels. With WB mentioning their duels, calling them a legend. With Oda putting Shanks, Mihawk and WB in one sentence.

It's obvious by now isn't it. Shanks was Mihawk's rival and they share same birthday and panel time. Yet Mihawk isn't a conqueror.

I do agree with you, it would make Zero sense for Mihawk not to have CoC..Oda gave it to the WSM, WSC & Big Mom who is currently the WSW. Mihawk stands on top of all swordsmen making him the WSS, it's pretty fair to assume he has it.

For sure one does not become as powerful as above yonko level if he is not a completely skilled fighter. So not that CoC is 100% mandatory but it's very likely since I'm very confident Oda shall soon enough disclose the true potential CoC can offer, which goes well beyond the simple knock out of fodders or damaging objects a little.
