Well, as with all zoans, base has still the advantage of more focused power, AP, speed, agility. Seen with Kaido trashing the Scabbards in base. Plus, it seems like his base inherits traits from his Zoan fruit, like the durability or even the Dragon flames. Hybrid will be the most powerful version then.
