I cant share your convincing here, but thats fine. I cant see a way where Zoro would kill Kaido, with my biggest issue is the mentioned above. Zoro also has no intention in killing kaido, why would he? His goal is not related to Kaido at all, Kaido is just a step on Luffy ladder and this is all whats important for zoro in Onigashima, so also for Zoro, only Luffys decision how to deal with Kaido is important. If Luffy decides Kaido needs to die and says so, Zoro wouldnt have a second thought about killing Kaido, but we all know Luffy, he wont decide that. He would take his win over Kaido, Kaido will be unconcious and when Luffy is about to leave, someone will take the situation to finish the job. If thats Kid, Law, Blackbeard or whoever TF it is, maybe he even Big Mum, isnt that important at all, but i cant imagine it being Zoro.

You are missing a huge point here.


None of the characters you mentioned gives much damn about Luffy as zoro do.


If Luffy falls unconsciously and kaido after getting defeated tries something sneaky then it will be zoro who will react first.


Not only because he is RHM of Luffy but also because of his wano connection which none of the characters you mentioned enjoys

But Law bets on Luffy and is there to support Luffy. He wouldnt declare it like that, but we all know that Law isnt putting his money on his own strenght, he puts it on Luffy.
Kid on the other side, he would be at the exact same position even tho Luffy wouldnt be there. And Kid knows how strong Kaido is, he knows how Kaido fights and he f. knows what Kaido can tank. So he must have figured a way to hurt him and go there. So the chances he figured a way to hurt Kaido, maybe through Ryu, maybe even some other way, are pretty high.

Everyone is gonna get one shotted by Kaido and Big
Mom. Kaido then drops Onigashima on the flower capital, killing thousands. That's how act 3 ends.

I never said Zoro couldnt kill Kaido when he is unconcious (seriously i have no idea if he would be able), but it is about the intention. Zoro has no intention at all.
you just give one strange situation, while there are literally uncountable amounts of other possible situations. So yes, in your situation, i can imagine Zoro doing the kill blow, but thats a situation i highly doubt will happen at all.
