Lol for me it's pretty clear that it is Luffy's coat there, you can even see the shadows from his face in his neck, the blood is pretty easy to get too.
I would bet that's Luffy and that there is a pool of blood next to him in the final page.

Luffy is in the final page, we can see his coat and neck, and in the right there is a pool of blood probably from the Scabbards.

Tbh, that looks more like a suit than the pirate coat and I can't see the scar. But that's probably Luffy only. I just wanted the last page to be Xebec or something.
